Here's today's installment of my goal cards. This one is for my exercise goals. I actually have been doing well the last couple of weeks and especially well this week. I have been doing the Jillian Michaels The 30 Day Shred and if I can keep with that then I should definitely see some changes for the better!

Paper- Riding Hood Red, Basic Gray, white
Stamps- Barbella
Ink- black, prismacolor markers
