Thinking of You

This was for last week's Stamp TV sketch challenge. This chair image from Nina's Fine Furnishings set was perfect for this sketch.

Just a little tip- if you want the sentiment to be on the cuttlebugged panel you need to stamp first then cuttlebug.

Recipe:
Stamps- Fine Furnishings, Fine Furnishings Additions
Paper- Chocolate Chip, Marina Mist, su dsp, very vanilla
Ink- Marina Mist, Chocolate chip
Accessories- Cuttlebug embossing folder

Sparkly Christmas

Merry Christmas Tuesday! I am pre-scheduling all of my posts for the week because with fall break, traveling, and life in general I will have no extra time to do so. I made this for the MOJO sketch from last week. The image is a Gina K image (from one of Nina's sets- the name escapes me at this time and I will have to find out and edit).

For the Bride

June is typically a wedding month and the new inspiration challenge hostess picked a Brides magazine cover as her inspiration. I combined the challenge with one of Nina's images from Squigglefly and SC10 (SCS). I used the colors of the words as well as the theme to create this card.

and Here's my Take

Happy Mother's Day!

This is for the LimeLIGHT sketch and product challenge to add sparkle! I know that you can't see the glitz but I promise it's there! I used my clear stardust sparkle pen on the flower. I used Nina's Fancy Flowers and Fancy Sentiments from Squigglefly. This is also for the Color Throwdown challenge to use Rich Razzleberry, Pale Plum, Old Olive, and Barely Banana. My R.R. and P.P. are in the flower and dsp, O.O. is the stem and paper, and the banana is the ribbon.

Recipe:
Stamps- Fancy Flowers and Fancy Sentiments from Nina's line at Squigglefly
Ink- copics, rich razzleberry
Paper- Rich Razzleberry, white, Cottage Wall dsp
Accessories- Nestabilities, ribbon, dimensionals

How Tweet!

I made this card for a few challenges- the C$C32 to use 1 ribbon, 2 buttons, and 3 punches; the color challenge over at StampTV to use yellow, black, and white; and Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge from last week. Love this cute little image- it's called Tweets and you can find him HERE. He is one of the newest images from Sunshine Stamps and I HAD to pair him with the sentiment from Nina's Heartily Yours.

Recipe;

Paper- Crushed Curry, BG dsp (the black), whte
Ink- black, copic markers
Accessories- ribbon, buttons, scallop edge punch, nestabilities (2)

Is it time for spring?

Seriously- I love winter but I am READY for spring! With that in mind I created this card using Nina's images from Squigglefly and the sentiment is from Heartily Yours Additions (also by Nina for Gina K Designs). I decided to go with some soft spring colors with Innocent Pink and Ocean Mist (both from Gina K). Love the look of this- reminds me that spring is "hopefully" around the corner.

Recipe:
Stamps- Squigglefly- Floral Frenzy, Heartily Yours Additions (Gina K)
Paper- Ocean Mist, Innocent Pink, white
Ink- black, copic markers, crushed curry marker
Accessories- ribbon, punch, pearls, cuttlebug embossing folder

Congratulations on your wedding

This is my first card that I created for Nina's Designing Friends using one of her Squigglefly images. I have a good friend getting married in May so I am trying to find the perfect card. I questioned using black but I figured that black and white together are very elegant and decided to throw a bit of pink pirouette in there to give it a bit more color. I think my favorite part of this card is the strand of pink and white pearls across the middle tier. I used the sketch from Crazy 4 Challenges as my my base. The sentiment is one of Nina's Squigglefly images also. I decided to use some of satin black ribbon which was purchased from LimeLIGHT (and I'll say it again- Mandy is the BEST!).

Recipe:
Stamps- Nina- Squigglefly
Ink- copic markers
Paper- Basic Black, white, pink pirouette
Accessories- nestabilities, satin ribbon, cuttlebug embossing folder
