Greece

I know many of you have probably heard the news about the devastation in Greece and many of you may realize that I have been there three times on mission trips (I don't know if I have actually mentioned that here or not). Anyway, three times I have been to Athens to work with a family- twice with the Singles ministry from church and once by myself and the people there are very near and dear to my heart. I watch any news about Greece with interest. Therefore, I'm beseeching you- if you are a praying person- please, please pray for the citizens and the country of Greece. The missionary that I worked with is fine- when I saw the map on the news on Saturday night and realized how close it was to Athens I emailed him to find out how they were doing. He said they were safe but there is catastrophe all over Greece right now. They need us now more than ever!
