I have been doing some personal training which is one reason why my blog has been a little neglected this week. I have been working my tail off (hopefully literally) to try to get back to place where I am comfortable. I went for my second session on Thursday and lost 4 lbs during the week. Needless to say I was so excited and it makes it SO much easier to make healthier food choices. I made this bella card for a friend who has already lost 80+ lbs on her journey and she has been SO encouraging. The water bottle holder was made for a DTGD challenge over at SCS. Love these little packages- they are easy and fun!
Recipe:
Stamps- Stamping Bella (Weightwatchabella), {ippity}
Ink- black, copic markers
Paper- Pure Poppy, Grass Green, ivory, cosmo cricket
Accessories- button, twine, nestabilities
Recipe:
Stamps- Stamping Bella (barbella)
Paper- Kiwi Kiss, white, basic Gray, October Afternoon
Ink- black, copic markers

Oh, and the reason I am posting these? I am going to
THIS- a Boot Camp with Ashley Johnston who is local here in Knoxville! I am a little nervous about it but at the same time kind of excited- I'll check in with how the workout went.

I just wanted to leave you a little note of encouragement :) I lost 50 lbs 9 years ago on Weight Watchers and have kept it off...making it a lifestyle was what helped and that sounds like what you are doing...keep it up!!! Way to go!!
